Your isssue is not much clear.

But the possible ways to find, how the workflow is getting triggered automatcally are try to check the event trace from the transaction SWEL. and if you find the workflow tempalte which is getting started automaticlayy, that means for that workflow template the Triigering events are active

try to deactivate the event linkages for the workflows which you don't want to start as soon as the events are raised from the transaction SWE2

Try to check the workflow log and frequency by using the transactions SWI2_FREQ, SWIA , SWI1

how to stop started workflow in any work item of workflow,
and to make work item disappear from inbox in business workbench?

Assuming that you dont' want the workitems to reach the SAP INBOX of the user, to do this first you have to trace from where and which event is trying to start the workflow, and this can be found by using the above mentioned way.

If possible can you be more clear on the requirement.

Hi Vera.

I am not sure if you are referring to the scenario wherein u want to complete the workflow based on the user's decision. If that is the case, you can use the step 'Process control' wherein u have options to complete the workfllow.

Thanks,
