gray scalee of printer output

We just installed our new printer in SAP using SPAD. The drivers are installed successfully. Unfortunately the output of list, where the text of rows or headers is highlighted through a color do not look as we want them to.

Each color is converted to a certain texture, which makes it difficult to read the text from lists outputs.

Any suggestion what we can do to change settings. Is there a button where we can change further print setting like bw or color, system tray. In device type definition of SPAD they are all enabled as options, but for some reason I cannot find the place where I can make the settings, before starting a print job

Thanks a lot

Torsten

Are you using printeserver or do you adress printers directly? Do you have correctly maintained device type in Device attributes tab in SPAD settings for that problematic printer?

As destination host we use the Ip adress of the printer. as device type I used a SAP certified driver which I imported.

Thanks for your reply
