After changing the ip address of the server AD is not working.

Hi ,

We have a issue, we changed ip address of the server machine. After chaging the ip address of the server machine , when the users login to infoview with AD credentials but the infoview gets hanged showing white screen .

We are able to login to the infoview using enterprise account and the problem with only AD authentication.

Our admin team restarted the SIA however same issue persists.

When we checked the stdout.log file we got commit succeed option.

If we revert back to original IP address the AD authentication works.The new IP address is from different subnet.The new IP address will be under the F5 load balancer.

What makes the Infoview hang after changing the IP address.

Any one please help on this issue.

Our environment is -

BOXI3.1,FP1.8,

Tomcat as the application server.
