hi Guru's,

When creating a PPM project from the Roadmap in Solman 7.2, the documents aren't copied to the new structure.

HELP!

Hi Ruud,

I have see this, when you import a project from roadmap, none of the accelerators are copied. Only the structures and the resources assignments. This is a standard behavior because if you see that .XML file you import, it is hardly 2-3 MB in size. If you take into consideration, all accelerators and PDFs and so on, then it would be around 100 MB.

Yes, I've seen it.. But, where can we get to the documents within the new PPM Project?

You need to download the accelerators one by one from roadmap and upload them to documents sections of PPM Project.

They go here.

Is that really true... So all the accelerators and project documentation within the Roadmap must be manually transferred? I really hope SAP will come with a solution for that, because it's somewhat stone-age.

The content activation for Blueprint and Configuration works like a charm, hope they can to the same within this area!

Thanks for your response.

Hi All,

Any new insights on this topic? Instead of manually copy/ pasting? Especially looking at conversion projects at customers.
