KM Access link shows incorrect URL

Hi,

On our Quality portal system we are unable to open KM documents. After investigating I found that the access link for the objects is set incorrectly to http://<servername>.<servername>.domain/.

Does anyone know where the double server name is configured? I cannot find it in instance profiles nor when searching through configtool and the Portal GUI does not allow me to change it directly.

Any help will be greatly appreciated,

Hi,

seems it could be URL Generator settings. Check, that Host property of the service is defined:

System Admin -> System Config -> Knowledge management -> Content management (Change mode to advanced) -> Global services -> URL Generator service -> Host
