Co-products

Hi experts,

Do someone know if co-products works correclty in a HU (deliveries creation scenario) ??

Example: I create a BOM with 3 components, 1 negative. At the momento of consumptions (using material staging), SAP create correctly a delivery, but only with the positive materials and doesn´t create a delivery for the co-product.

The check in the material master for the coproducts is set.

Hi,

Pls check the Co Product indicator for BOM Component in BOM,

Co Product indicator should be activated for BOM Header materail in material master and BOM Component Materail in Both material

master and BOM with negitive quantity.

If u dont activate co Product for BOM Component material in BOM , then it will appear in confirmation screen

with 531 movemnt type not in MB31.

If i m wrong pls Correct me

The thing is not durectly there. The thing is that when doing MB31 or MIGO linked to the process order, I don´t create movements, i need to create deliveries.

And there is problem. Because the delivery is only created for the component and nor for the co-product.

531 is the movemnt type for By product only, when u made a setting for co product material-

That material won't appear in MB1A.

For the Coproduct Scenario- Auto GR is also Not possible.

IN the MB31- we can receipt theBoth the header material & Coproduct material with movemnt type.

Dear Dalmiro,

Please tick the Co-product in both the co-product as well as the main product in MRP-2 views.

Then mention negative quanity for the co-product in the BOM for main product.

During the confirmation of the order or Goods receipt the co-product will also come with movement type 531.

Please revert for any clarifications.

Sorry for the delay.

No, is not working like that. I know that should work that way without deliveries. In my case i have this BOM

1.- MAT 1000 Q= 1 (FERT)

1.1- MAT 2001 Q= 2 (ROH)

1.2- MAT 2002 Q= -3 (ROH)

When i create the material staging a delivery for the component MAT 2001 is created.

When i created the MB31 for the GR only the material MAT 1000 is there.

I try to set the co-product tick in material 2002 and 1000 but not working.

Coproduct- Movement type is 101, In Goods issue only 261 & 531 will appear,

Auto GR is also not possible in Coproduct scenarion ,

- Go to MB31 - enter 101 movemnt & plant & click with reference to order, Both header material & Coproducr material will Appear.
