Since our upgrade from CRM 4.0 to 7.0 we have an issue with the replication of employees and users. The situation is as follows:
- In R/3 we create an HR employee and assign a user to it
- In R/3 a second 'employee' will be created and assigned to a sold-to party in a customer specific role. This employee will of course be without a user, since the user is already assigned to the first employee
- The second employee will be replicated to CRM and will be filled on the employee (as personnel number) in CRM. Since no user is replicated to CRM, no user is filled here
- In CRM 4.0 it was possible to manually fill in a user (using tx. BP), however in 7.0 this is not possible. Whenever the field personnel number is filled, the field user is in display only and thus no user can be added. However, if no personnel number is filled it, we can add users.
Anybody know how to solve this?
