Cheque Number Confirmation

Dear All,

My client says that after printing the cheque, the "Check Number Confirmation" screen is not opening. Moreover, when the user enters the data in the "Check Number Confirmation" selection criteria, it says "No Matching Records Found (OCHO)". The "Check Register Report" says that some cheque numbers are damaged and those cheque numbers dont match with the actual check numbers issued.

Any solutions?
