Hi Friends,

1. How can I find out the workflow log erro created for a appropriation request?

Any pointers

2.I am creating one appropriation request thro' IMA11 , and there I am sending it for approval. now it came in my workflow inbox now I am approving the AR, after approval the status of AR should be released but it is not happening.

What may be the reason.

Any pointers

Thanks

Ashu

Hi

Regarding your first question, then try transaction code SWI1, or the Outbox -> "Workitems executed by me" folder in the SAP business workplace, it will show you all executed your workitems, and from in there you can access the workflow log.

Regarding your second question, then it's more than difficult to guess the reason based on your description, but investigate the workflow log, it should give you a hint.

Hi,

Thanks for your replies.

Actually this thing I have to analyze in production and in production I have anot created any AR (appropriation request ) that' why I am not geting these in my business workplace.

How can I see the AR's created by others in my workplace?

In SWI6 t code I am selecting the object type BUS2104 and in the object key putting the AR number but getting the message that there are no workflows that have already worked with this object type.

Any pointers.

Thanks

Ashu

In SWI6 after entering the object type and object key , you wud be having below 2 options..

in the below options select All instances and All ..Then execute...you will get it..

In SWI6 ..definitely you should be getting....dont know where you are doing mistake...

In SWI1..you dont have an option to enter the object key...

probably you can enter the wf template no: and with the help of date range...you can find

Also check thru SWI14 tcode...

Hi Ashutosh,

Check if t-codes SWUD and SWDM helps you check the workflow log.

Hi Swami,

Thanks.

It's quite starnge when I am putting the AR number in object key it's not taking and showing no workflow available but when I put only object in SWI6 and SWI14 it's giving the result but whatever AR's I have created today and approved it thro' workflow that also is not coming in the list.

Hi Sowmya,

Thanks

SWUD , SWDM not giving the required result.

Thanks

I think you might be using a wrong BOR , the actula BOR which is respoensible for APPROPRIATION REQUEST is BUS2204

try to use the the above object and check in the SWI6 txn, I hope this time it works.

You can view the log in SWI6 by giving the object type and object key.
