crtslv.dll failed to register

Dear Administrator,

I want to install CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_21 on my Windows 7 32 bit computer (Net Framework 4 already installed and Net Framwork 3.5.1 feature turned on) but I get error message "crtslv.dll failed to register". Please help me to solve the problem. Thanks so much!

Do you have any other versions of Crystal installed? If so uninstall them first.

The download WIKI also says you ned to instlal by right clickingo n the EXE and selecting Run as Administrator, even if you are logged in as an Admin.

Thanks for your answer.

I have no other versions of Crystal Report.

This installation file is .MSI file, not .EXE file, so I run CMD as Administrator and run CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_21.msi at the command prompt. But the problem is not solved. Help me please! Thank so much!
