Hello,
There is a feature where the system will send out an email to the users of an account to alert them that a new file has been uploaded to crystalreports.com.
However, it will only send emails to users that have view rights on the document AND have the "receive email alerts" box checked on their preferences page.
I don't believe it will send an email to the user that did the upload so you will probably need at least 2 users to test this out.
