Not getting mails

Hi Experts,

I got a support requirement. Mainly their problem is not getting mails. They have completely three tasks in the template. But today when they seen there are only two send mail tasks are there in the template, but there is no other step in the template completely. So what can happen suddenly.

Anybody have deleted the step or changed the template. If so how can I know who had done the changes in that template.

If not please let me know how can I answer them
