Agreement has been Blocked

Hi All,

Trade promotion in CRM has been created and approved and agreement has been created. The same agreement has been successfully went to ECC. Now, user is trying to create a claim for that agreement. Now, we are getting a error that the agreement is not yet released. I have looked into the agreement status in VB23, the status is in Blocked.

Agreement not allowing us to Release in VB22 tcode.

Could you please let us know, why the agreement got blocked and how can we release it?

The reabet is created in CRM.

hence it has to be released in CRM in CRM 1st in CI tab.

Other wise you have to have proper authorizations to do same in ECC.

please check your user Authorizatiosn in R/3
