transfer of BP from CRM to R3

Hi.

Hi. I want to replicate business partners from CRM to R3 customers. I have done all the settings I know of. But I have the problem that when I create new customer in CRM it is not transferd to R3, because delta load for BUPA_MAIN is not getting triggered. If I start initial load (R3AS) for BUPA_MAIN then the transfer is ok.

Can anyone please help me with my problem. According to my knowleadge the delta load should be automaticaly activated if the initial load is done.

Help will be appreciated.

Hi,

Can you check if the below Business Transaction Events are maintained in R3AC4.

00001321 (FM assigned PI_BP_CUSTOMER_BTE_1321)

CAM_1000 (FM assigned PI_BP_COMP_ADDR_COLLECT_DATA)

CAM_2000 (FM assigned PI_BP_PERS_ADDR_COLLECT_DATA)

CAM_3000 (FM assigned PI_BP_PERSON_COLLECT_DATA)

Check the same entries are there in table TBE31 with Application ID BC-MID in ECC system.

Also check if the subscription is properly maintained for BUPA_MAIN in Tcode - SMOEAC in CRM. Check for outbound queues (SMQ1) in CRM and Inbound queues(SMQ2) in ECC.

Hi. Checked all that. Events are maintained. Quies are empty. And SMOEAC looks to be fine. I have subscriptions maintained for All business partnrs (MESG).

The transfer was blocked in transaction smw3_00.

Hi Robert,

Check the entry made in the table CRMRFCPAR for Consumer CRM in ECC.

Make sure the download type is active for delta too.

Check the in transaction code R3AC4 the object class activation is done for BUPA.

The first entry suffices everything, the newer entries can be deleted.

Have you checked the transaction code R3AC4.
