[BUG] Unable to connect to Notifications/Activities

I am unable to open Notifications/Activities page with Firefox ESR 60.3.0

I see multiple attempts to login but without success. The issue happened today in the morning, still not working.

Answers.sap.com is working properly, I am logged in.

Tried to clear cookies, restart browser - no success.

Spinner just runs and runs and runs for me without loading the page. I am using Chrome as my browser. Was there an update to the community Notifications page or SSO?

Similar to Vadim, Q&A loads without a problem, however messages.sap.com (Direct Messages) returns an Internal Service Error for each of multiple attempts to load.

Yes, messages are also not working! And on Q&A pages I don't see yellow notification mark...

But I can see on: https://www.sap.com/community/resources/support.html

And I am able to see Activities and notifications on my iPad 🙂

We found a buggy process (1 of 3) idling on busy thread, and restarted that one. Could be the reason this was only seen by few (I or anybody on our team did see the issue yesterday and I wasn't aware of this thread). If this didn't help, it would be good to get some more information on the exact issue, e.g. screenshot or network HAR export to better understand what the exact issue is.

Hi Vadim, I can confirm there are issues with Notifications/Activities service. I reported it to IT and will get back to you when the service is restored. thanks.
