I just recently got a new computer and have installed Crystal Reports. The ODBC connects to the SQL Data but Crystal Reports cannot connect to the ODBC. Can someone help me with this?
Hi Jordan,
What version of Crystal Reports do you have and what version of Oracle are you connecting to?
There are a couple of reasons why you can't connect to the database:
Crystal Reports is still a 32 bit application so it will need to use a 32 bit ODBC driver.
An older version of Crystal Reports may not support a newer version of Oracle.
Thanks,
Brian
