Fiori Analytical KPI Tile gives blank screen after login

Dear Experts,

I am facing one weird issue, whenever I login to Fiori Launchpad, on first click of Analytical KPI Tile, its giving blank screen as below-

After Navigating back to Home screen & again clicking on the Tile, its giving the complete screen with necessary data & afterwards it works fine. But after refreshing the Launchpad URL again and clicking on the Tile again gives the blank screen as shown above.

In console log, every time, when clicking on the tile, gives below error messages-

App sap.suite.ui.smartbusiness.drilldown has errors and may not run correctly; please see SAP Note 2364579 - sap.suite.ui.smartbusiness.drilldown

Error in app component sap.suite.ui.smartbusiness.drilldown: No descriptor was found - sap.suite.ui.smartbusiness.drilldown

I already clear the cache & calculated the index by running report /UI2/INVALIDATE_GLOBAL_CACHES & /UI5/APP_INDEX_CALCULATE, but still issue is not resolved.

Kindly provide your valuable feedback on this.

Regards,

Ravi

Thank you so much Sai, I will ask my basis team to apply patch 14 for UISAFND1 (and necessary prerequisites) & will confirm the result.

Ravi

Is this a cloud version or on-premise? I've had these issues in on-premise version. There are 3 or 4 notes that need to be implemented under application component CA-GTF-SB-SOH. Go to transaction SNOTE and enter the afore mentioned application component, this should list down all the available note corrections based on the your version. Please read the notes carefully and implement them. This should solve the caching problem.

Thanks Sai for your quick response, it's on-premise version. I tried to search SAP Note related to this issue, but didn't find any relevant note. Do you remember which SAP Note you have applied?

Ravi
