ESS Travel Management-AllMyTrips-Create Travel Expense Report not working

Hi Folks,

We are implementing Travel Management in ESS. We have ECC 5.0 and EP 6. We have customised the SPRO components of Travel Management components to 'Z' and also created necessary webdynpro iviews for the same because the standard iviews were not working properly. Almost every link is working fine.We are able to access the Allmytrip link also but when we try to click on create travel expense report link it is going to a blank page.We are able to create expense report separately from the Create travel expense link.But as we need to create expense report for the travel request created i need to go with the allmytrip-create travel expense link. We tried to run the dynpro application from the content admin-webdynpro and it is working properly from there. we are able to create expense report using allmytrips link. Could any one helps us to solve the issue. Is it because we have customised the whole stuff or any mapping missing in R/3 side / portal side.

Hi All,

Any tips for the same... it is going to the initial page of Allmytrips link because it is mapped correctly in home page framework.

We can see different tabs of travel request , travel plans and travel expense. But we are not able to create a travel expense report for the travel request created from the same. It is going to a blank page when we click on the create travel expense report link.Is it because we have customized and it is accessing the standard path of home page framework when we click on the create travel expense link inside allmytrips. Do we need to modify anything in the standard component of allmytrips available.

hi sanil,

This issue looks like the something to do with the service linking to the resource in SPRO. Please go to IMG-> Cross Application Components -> Homepage Framework->Services->Define Services. Check for which resource this service is linked to, whether it is correct?

Hi Arun Singh ,

The problem is solved. The link helped me a lot. Basically i am an ABAP person and am doing the EP work for ma Org. Could be because of that i couldn't figure it out that easily.Now everything is working fine.

Check the PCD maintained in the resource from r/3 homepage framework . check the homepage frame work
