Hi experts,
does the feature exist to automatically save a draft of the email i'm writing in the c4c Service ticket?

Currently, auto save of e-mail draft is not available in Service Tickets. Since this is a product enhancement request, please raise this requirement on our official channel for product enhancement requests/new requirements at SAP Customer Influence Site: https://influence.sap.com/SAPCloudforCustomer
Please file this request so we can gauge customer demand for this functionality and prioritize this in our backlog for upcoming releases accordingly.
