BI Launchpad Custom Code Issue

Hello Experts,

Recently we had a requirement (BI Launchpad without saving username and password ) which require changing the normal workflow of BI Launchpad logon page via custom.jsp and modification of files in Internal and custom folder of BOE.

Although we are able to achieve the requirement but at an expense of the below mentioned error:

"This page has expired. Enter your credentials and try again. (FWC00006)"

The thing is we have to refresh the page twice to make this work. At first attempt, we are facing the above mentioned error but if we again enter we are able to login.

Please assist in resolving the error.

Also, your question is not clear as you haven't provided any proper details as to what is the exact workflow that produces the error or why you haven't implemented simple SSO, nor the actual product you're using.
