C4S Why is page not shown in the account, while visible in the master lay-out

Hi,

We have updated the master lay-out and added the page with the tax identification numbers.

The page is visible in the master lay-out in the adaption modus. When in the regular mode the page is no longer shown, nor can be added via personalization.

Strange thing is that on our production tenant all is well and not on our test enviornment.

Any body experienced the same? How can we solve this.

Hello Marie,

If you are able to see something in master layout but not in the standard visualization, you might be facing a page layout setting, where you define a specific view for users of a given business role. You should investigate that. Other possibility is to use the export layout from your production and import it to your test environment.

If none of this help you see the desired screens, you should raise an incident so that we can check the consistency of the affected screens in the backend of your system, for example.

Hi Fabio,

Indeed there was a specific page lay out i was not aware of, overruling my setting in the master lay out.

We needed to update the page lay out and now it is ok.
