LSMW - Genaral Maintenance Task list - Mutliple Work centers @ Operations

Hi All,

I have used LSMW for Loading General Maintenance Task lists - Using structures IBIPTLST and IBIPTLOP. The Loads are succesfull. However , as a customer requirement, i had suggested the site to maintain a Workcenter in the Header and different work centers for different operations at the operation Level of the task lists.

This is a logical solution when we think outside SAP, when we have multiple groups working on an asset. The system does not have any issue when we manually create such task lists Either.

However, During LSMW Only those Operations that have the same workcenter as in the header are read and the other operations are not written / loaded.

Is there any way to get out of this issue. Any thing i should perform in addition?? - in a nutshell -" How do we load general Maintenance task lists through LSMW with one Workcenter in the header level and multiple work centers in the Operation level???"

Thanks in advance

Give a different field name in the header and operations. ARBPL - header and ARBPL1 in the operations. The system will not be able to identify it as a unique field and hence reads all the data in the operation level.

For task lists, it is better/easier to use an ABAP upload program instead of LSMW.
