Material determination in delivery level

Can material determination happen in the delivery level.

In SPRO the Material determination procedure cannot be assigned to delivery document type.

If yes how?

in std it is not possible & not seems logical as well. Because

when customer place the order for Mat: A, but you try to dispatch the Mat:B.

any changes in material should be finalized at the time of order booking with the intimation to the customer. As order is an agreement to sell the goods/services under specific terms & conditions.

MATERIAL DETERMINATION can happen only at the Sales document level

It can be determined at the Delivery .
