No Pooled and Reserve samples created

Hi,

SDP is maintained such that it should create Primary sample as per the formula (If P2<2 then P2, else round(sqrt(P2*0.4))), 1 Pooled Sample(fixed) and 1 Reserve sample(fixed).

If the inspection lot quantity is 2 EA and No. of containers is 1 EA, then it created 1 Primary(50g), 1 pooled(50g) and 1 reserve (1EA).

But when the inspection lot qty is 1 EA and no. of containers is 1 EA, then it creates 1 Primary sample (25g) and no pooled and no reserve samples!

Can someone clarify why system behaves this way?

When its 1 EA how can it create a pooled or reserve sample.

You have 1. Theoretically the one is used for primary sample testing. What is left to make up a pooled sample? Similarly, what is left to put into reserves?

It appears you need 25 g for each primary sample. How many grams to an each? It looks like an each is defined as 25g. Or maybe one EA equals 1 gram?

But it appears to me the system doesn't think you have material to make up a primary, a pooled and a reserve.
