Hi All,
I have scheduled any reports to Inbox with Administrator user to Administrator but they never appear in Inbox.
Although, I see that every time I schedule a document it is successful and the count increasing for the instances in Inbox. Also I have observed that when I try to view the properties of the Administrator in Inbox (Go to CMC Home Inbox, Right click on Administrator user in the left pane it just says loading but nothing appears)
When Administrator user is selected here and clicked on Manage --> select User Security nothing comes up
This does not seem to be an issue with Rights of Administrator user.
Can someone please help me in this ASAP.
