Administrator not able to view Scheduled Instances in Inbox

Hi All,

I have scheduled any reports to Inbox with Administrator user to Administrator but they never appear in Inbox.

Although, I see that every time I schedule a document it is successful and the count increasing for the instances in Inbox. Also I have observed that when I try to view the properties of the Administrator in Inbox (Go to CMC Home  Inbox, Right click on Administrator user in the left pane it just says loading but nothing appears)

When Administrator user is selected here and clicked on Manage --> select User Security nothing comes up

This does not seem to be an issue with Rights of Administrator user.

Can someone please help me in this ASAP.
