Crystal Reports ALV Adapter - Cannot export / import

Tested on SAP Gui 750 , Patch 6, Patch 7 , same behavior

Installed based on note 1353044 and set it up in SPRO as per documentation.

The Report appears fine but when clicking on the export or import button, nothing happens. Everything else works fine.

Followed note #1382730 but found no issues in SAP_UI Auth object.

Hi - are you using the latest Crystal Viewer that comes with ECC? If not please download it and try again

I am using CRBSAPPS1004_0-20006468.EXE

The note also indicates this filename.

Isn't that the latest?

HI Elias - I didn't realize you are on 1709. It would be interesting to know if the Crystal ALV works....if you are on the latest I recommend submitting a SAP Incident.

Sorry forgot to mention it in my original post.

It is working as advertised. When we first installed it it worked flawlessly. Now everything works except the import / export function.

I think we will try submitting an incident. Will let you know.

Although the adapter itself did not change and still it has the 2008 runtime, installing the new 7.60 SAP GUI, resolved the problem.

We are expecting the updated ALV adapter with updated CR runtime.

We have reproduced the issue and verified ourselves that it is indeed the latest Windows 10 1809 update that makes the functionality unavailable.

Incident has been raised.

After some researching, we THINK that it may be from the Windows 10 1809 update.

In ALL windows 10 machines without 1809 update, everything works fine. Windows 7 also.

The only machines that still have the problem , are the ones with Windows 10 1809 update.

Also i just installed Patch 8 of SAP GUI and still the problem is there.
