REST Adapter-No listening adapter channel found for request: GET

Hi Expert,

There is an interface from REST(Advantco) to REST and getting 404 error when i am testing it,

and getting below error when i try to open the URL in the browser ,

https://host:port/AdvantcoRESTAdapter/RESTServlet?channel=RESTSender&service=BS&type=vendor HTTP/1.1

Error- Error: No listening adapter channel found for request: GET https://host:port/AdvantcoRESTAdapter/RESTServlet?channel=RESTSender&service=BS&type=vendor HTTP/1.1

Can you please provide your inputs why i am getting above error.
