My organisation is currently using SAP E-Recruitment for internal candidates, with a plan to roll-out the system for external recruitment. With no option to record cost information relating to interviews, candidate travel and accommodation, agancy fees in E-Recruitment release 6.0, does anyone know if Enhancement Package 4 has Enterprise Business Functions for E-Recruitment where perhaps options to record recruitment costs are provided?

there is so far no function for cost tracking in any e-recruiting release, this includes EhP4. Furthermore I have not heared anything about plans to add this within EhP5 or 6.
The only possibility would be using e-recruiting to track all actions done for hiring and report them as basis. Then add the costs independent from e-recruiting in a customer "development". Of course the effort will depend much on how exact you want to be. Will you assign fixed internal costs for an interview or it is depending on thé numer of recruiters / managers attending or is every attendee calculated with its own costs (a teamlead will have a much lower cost per hour than a VP).
