  • Dear All.

Thank you for All your support.

this issue is resolved, SAP says this bug can be fix in next release, meanwhile SAP given solution like ' do not maintain WSDL in target IDOC channel' and it's worked.

    Hi Ramesh

In the first screen have you tried the option , check availability of Internal host, that will show whether the target system is reachable or not . If not you can go to logs of the Cloud connector and identify the reason for it.

Also , try the option Backend system as NON-SAP System not sure but a try , i know that it is a SAP System , some times it worked for me.

    Regards,

    Vijay

    Hi Ramesh!

Try to use FQDN for your host or even IP-address.

    • Hi Evgeniy.

      Thanks for your reply.

tried as you suggested but still same error. can you please suggest further.

please note: in message monitoring i can see COMPLETED as s status, but in processing log i can see "LastError" says

Error = Inbound processing in endpoint at http://id4ecc:443/sap/bc/srt/idoc?sap-client=800 failed with message "Fault:Could not send Message.", caused by "UnknownHostException:id4ecc

if i test with internal host name in browser it's working fine.

      Regards

Hello, Can you use any other port number other than 443? 443 is a HTTPS reserved port and hence I would suggest to use any other port and see if that works.

Can you check which account you have configured the SAP HANA Cloud Connector to?

This should be the same account as that of your HCI Tenant. I think your accounts are not matching.

    • Dear Bhavesh thank for your reply.

Accounts are same, even i've connected on premise SAP PI system connection which is working file using same account.

where i deployed account in HCI and created account control in HCC are same.

      please do suggest further.

Getting the same error for SAP and PO systems -

org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Could not send Message., cause: java.net.UnknownHostException

Do we have to open Cloud connector server firewall and ports for SCI ? Please advise on this issue.
