Goods issue to production order

Gurus,

I want to issue Goods to production order manually.I need the system to pick the batches for the material automatically,even if it has 100 materials in the production order.

hi,

Your Question is quite confusing but as per my understanding

You want to issue good to prod orde rmanually ...you could do it MB31wrt Prod order,for this in prod order CO02 goto material compoennet overview and select your compoenet and do batch split the batch will be assigned

when u r issuing this batch number gets trigered

MB31 is GR for PO.What i want is i want to issue goods to PO in MIGO manually.I dont want to allocate batch in PO

hi,

Yes ,u could in Migo select goods issue and order and give u r order number automatically 261 will come and issue the goods while issuing u cld allocate a batch number

There are two options automatically or manulaly

I

1)Automatic is the frst post i have given,Were the batch number picks by the system(this is as per the Batch search Strategy u have given)

2)Manually when u issue the goods select the batch number from the drop down and assign a batch number to the component

1.I want to allocate the batch only in MIGO not in CO01

2.I know it will allocate batches based on batch search strartegy,but what are the steps for confguration to achieve the goal?

Hi..U are the first to tell goods issue can be done in MB31..

Please check before u post anything into this forum... YOu need not be sure in givig right answers, but you should atleast confirm yours is not wrong...

Hi,

Issue to Production Order can Be done by using following T codes,

MB1A use 261 Movemnt type,

MIGO Issue Order

Using CO11N go to Goods Movement.

CO15.

The main problem during issueing is system doesnt pick the batch, u have to put it mauanlly from Drop down,

I think this can be solved by the following way.

Enter the material quantity, Plant and Storage location, Now in Batch tab put a star ( Astrik) ' * ', and post it,

The system propose u the number of batches of that material select the batch and Post it.

The batch will be Picked automaticalled by the system.

PLs check it, come back with result ,

Hi,

You can use CO27 (Pick list for goods issue).In the same you can issue input materials and do a batch determination.Also changing the input material quantity is also possible.

anybody know how to change the posting date when excute the CO27? i found system always default the current date, but for me i want to change the posting date before save.
