Not able to run Lumira Dashboard from SAP BI Mobile app

Can someone please help me with this issue. I am getting the error "Internal Server error;try again or contact your administrator (MOB06010)(HTTP 500).' when running a lumira dashboard from the SAP BI app. We are facing this issue with this one dashboard and the remaining dashboards are working fine from the BI app.

We are using SAP BI 4.2 SP5 environment, Lumira 2.1, sap bi app version: 6.8.5 for Ipad.

Note: When we select the option "View" from the context menu of the dashboard, it is running fine where as when we select the dashboard directly from the "All reports" drawer, we are facing this issue.

Thank you for the quick reply. We are using Lumira Designer 2.1. I have gone through the note, but in our case, we are able to run all the dashboards except this one.

Also as i mentioned in the question "When we select the option "View" from the context menu of the dashboard in the app, it is running fine where as when we select the dashboard directly from the "All reports" drawer, we are facing this issue.
