Monitoring performance of Students

Hello All,

Greetings,

I'm a professor running SAP course (SAP ECC6 - SAP Netweaver platform) for our MBA students. As an administrator, How to monitor the performance of the students.(Each student has been given an individual login and password - and have exercises scheduled to be completed in respective modules (say S&D, MM,PP etc).

In few cases you may be able to track the performance.

For example, asking student to

1. create user with validity period of one month, assign few standard roles.

2. Asking them to create few roles and profiles and attach to users

3. How many tablespaces are there and attributes

4. Patch levels of your systems, SPAM, TP etc

5. Use of SU53

6. Adding server process

7. Changing few parameters

8. Create background job and check the status.

etc

In the end, you may be able to check how they did.

You can use SM20 Security Audit to track their activity... Also STAD will give you a very detailed report of the user activities. Finally ST03N will also give you an overview of their where abouts.
