Trigerring of mail through( help -> Create Support Message)

Hi,

i have created a sample workflow, which triggers when ever a new transaction is created.

it works fine when we execute through normal method (by choosing F8).

it doesn't work when we execute it on other way say:

Help-> Create Support Message method. it throws an error stating that please check the FM.

any pointers to this will be helpful.
