PCM services not getting registered for PCM 7.5

Hi Experts,

We finished installing PCM 7.5 version and configuring it. But when we are trying to open Model Builder, we are getting some error message like services not installed properly. Reason for the message is because the service PCMMain is not present in the PCM services list, which has to be started for working in Model Builder. Even though the installation was proper for the application we are not getting the service registered. But other than that we have PCMServer, PCMTransportservice etc in the services list.

Please help me if you have come across any such situations. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Shahin,

There are separate PCM 7.5 installable for 32 bit and 64 bit operating system. This issue can be because incompatible installable and OS. Please reinstall using the installables for your OS. This should resolve the issue.

The problem was due to incompatible installable. I tried installing 32 bit instead of 64 bit installable of PCM 7.5 version and the services were getting registered properly.
