Transfer posting should allow with changing of stock type

Hi All, Pls guide me on below issue...

Issue: Material to Material Transfer posting (309) and Transfer posting between the stock types(343) should be done in single step.

1. Please let me know is there any posibility to bring the stock type feild in changeable mode by creating the new from 309.Mvt type copied

2. Please suggest if you have any other solution....

Hi,

This is not possible with a standard SAP solution. However we have come across a same scneario that two transfer postings needs to be done simulataneoulsy with out manual intervention for which we had developed a custom transaction which will call the MB1b two times one for 309 and immediately the second one for the 343.
