Unable to Access Logs & Traces Tab in NWA console

Hello All,

Ours is EP 6.0 ,and when I try to access the tab Logs & Traces under Netweaver Administrator console it throws an alert as Can not Start Plug-in. And even if i click on Java System Reports tab also the same error occurs.

I get into the place in the following path

URL  -->      http://Logs and Traces

Can any one help me to fix this issue, and exactly where to check .

How about other areas of NWA?

are they working fine?

You may please post the latest content of your defaulttrace file for more info regarding your error.

Hi,

I am assuming you are using Microsoft IE browser which needs some plugins and security settings before it works for first time.

(I had similar problems )

I would suggest you to give it a try using Firefox which should isolate if its a browser problem.
