Hello,

is there a way to delete a hundred inventory documents which one created accidently via MI31.

I think it has not to be deleted one by one via MI02, or?

your question is not clear

do you want to delete the material document which created due to the 701 or 702 movement type or you want to cancel the physical counting document

for the first thought you need to use tocde MBST and for the second one you need to use MI02 and there you can do the required thing

Did a BDC for one document.

Then duplicated the BDC for all other document numbers within great UltraEdit

Then run BDC in background. Worked perfect!

I am not familiar with eCATT nor BDC, I personally would do it in LSMW as I know this tool .

If you dont know these tools yet, then you will certainly be quicker with manual MI02 execution for 400 documents.

you dont need to go into the detail of MI02, you can directly enter the number and click the trash can at the initial screen.

it has to be deleted one by one in MI02.

It is not a designed process that a mass deletion would be necessary.

if you have several hundreds, then you can record the MI02 transaction and do then a CATT or BDC .
