Hi Gurus,
I just want to know how to handle a ticket. let us say we recived a fi ticket and we have identified the problem.
what is a general process of handling a ticket. at what server we work on first and how the movement will occur and who will do all this

Lets see...."We" don't receive tickets... we open them. So that leads me to think you have your own ticket handling system and you don't have a clue how to proceed...
