Personal information - Queries

Hi ,

Is it possible to add infotype 22 ( Education details ) in ESS personal information screen & allow the employees to change & create there education details through portal .

Also can we give employees only dispaly authorisation to some of the fields of infotype 0002 personal data .so that they can not make changes in those fields through portal .
