Hi,
We want to maintain values for Customer Attribute 1 in CRM BP, But i am not able find these values in the Classificaiton tab of the Business partner. As far the help says these attributes should be available in the classification tab.
But they are not appearing. Is there a different way to enable these attributes for the customer.
I had seen the Field Grouping, i had enabled them, even though they are not coming.
Request your help in enabling these.

Go to SPROCustomer Relationship ManagementMaster DataBusiness PartnerDefine Attributes--Define Customer Groups. If you r loooking this field you can get it in sales area data and sales tab.

Hi,
I am trying to find the attributes difined under SPRO -> CRM -> Master Data -> Business Partner -> Define Attributes -> Define User-Defined Attributes. Ideally these should be coming under general data in Classification tab only.
But i am not able to see these for the customer role or for any role.
Please help in resolving this.

thanks for an immediate response.
But the classification tab is coming and even the sections of Classificiation and R3 account group data are coming only the attributes are not coming.

Did you look for authorization?
classification has its own auth object.
