PO release strategy

Hi,

I have configuered the sap standard release proceedure with class type 032 and the characterstics has BSART and GNETW. The configuration is done correctly and there are no errors when i check the SPRO- Check Release strategies.

But when i creted the PO with refernce to the Document type and the predefined values the release is not gettoing triggered.

Can any one help me.

Hi Sunil,

Please check the assignments of plants and document type for various release startegies.

You can check the same in CL24N.

In the mean time kindly brief us teh stps u carried out.

I have done the std. config asigining the document type BSART and the GNETW to one class.

The i have configured the Release group .

For this release group i have set the release strategy to it with only one level..

Then i Spro settings i have check the the consistencies of the release strategies there it is showing in green.

Also the class and the release strategy is maintained in CL24N and also it is working in CL30N.

But when i create a PO at that point of time the release is not trigerred.

can u tell us what are the values you have entered in configuration for BSART and GNETW and what are the values of the same in PO being created?

ofcourse this is a basic question - did u save PO and then check whether it is triggering release strategy or not?

Please elaborate the steps followed by you while configuring the strat. I hope you are using correct table and field names while creating characteristics.

For PO you have to use CEKKO table and the fields which you have mentioned.

Please confirm.

Have you define value for the doc type and net value?

if not, check with your value or define new value with correct for format (check with help menu).

Hi,

While creating release procedure defining class have you inserted table name CEKKO and corresponding filed in additional tab?

Pls check.
