Hi,

Please use procurement type F and Special procurement key defined in SPRO (SPROPRoduction PlanningMaterial Requirement Planning-Master Data-Define Special Procurement Type)

Maintain the Plant Parameter in OMI8 --(Special Procurement Key)

Hi yogesh,

as describe above you can use SPK 70,

and sample senario can be

*An assembly in plant 0001 contains two components. Component 2 in plant 0001 has the special procurement key Withdrawal from alternative plant with the issuing plant 0002. This defines that this component is to be withdrawn from plant 0002. Therefore, when producing the assembly in plant 0001, component 2 is withdrawn from the plant 0002 but the other components are withdrawn from plant 0001.

You carry out the planning run in the planning plant, that is, in plant 0001. During the planning run, the system creates a planned order for the assembly in plant 0001, if this is necessary.

The system creates a dependent requirement for component 2 in plant 0001. A dependent requirement is created in the issuing plant, that is, in plant 0002, for the component 2 with the special procurement Withdrawal from alternative plant.

When the planned order for the assembly is converted into a production order, the dependent requirements of the components are automatically converted into dependent reservations. The withdrawal for the production order is carried out in plant 0001 for the component 1 and in plant 0002 for component 2.*

check out and come back for discussion.

Hi,

SPRO=>Material Managment =>Consumption base Planning=> Master Data =>Def.Sp. Procurment type

T code =>OMD9

Define Sp. Procument key =>70 (Withdrawal from alternative plant) for per A Plant1

then Define Issuing plant B Plant 2 and Tick check box of Withdr. alternat Plant.

Then Maintain that Sp Procument key in Material Master In MRP2 View.

Hope this solve your problem.

Hi Yogesh,

You can perform stock transfer between 2 plants by using special procurement key,

For example: plant A --warehouse, plant B- Manufacturing plant, if any requirement is trigerred in plant A that can be transfered to Plant B and produced through special procurement key.

It will not consume the material directly from one plant to other, you have deliver and then consume from stock.

Thanks

well yogesh,

you can use stock transfer SPK for this component but in this case movement will not be 261, and stock transfer request will be cerated from other plant to your plant in defined stoctage location .

define SPK iin the menu path

spro- logistic producton---- MRP -

masterdata- define special procurement key- with the plant from where you want to transfer the component to production plant of header.

attch it to component.

also check link http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/41/32b8371a2c9912e10000009b38f889/frameset.htm
