Error FV11

Hi All,

Im using standard TAXINN procedure.

- Created a tax code M1 and assigned it to our company code.

- Created tax condition JMOP and maintained 8% in FV11

- Now when Im trying to maintain JEC2 (Education Cess on BED) as 2% it is giving the following error. Similar for all other conditions

"Tax indicator M1 has percentage rate 8,000

Message no. VK154"

How to proceed on this one. I hope I have given all the details.

Hi,

Check the acess sequence in Condition type, there is a work around for it, you can set a deletion flag for JMOP , then enter duty rates for JEC2 and again remove deletion flag for JMOP, this way it will work.

Have you maintained the setoff percentage, if not, kindly maintain the same

ED: Condition type: JMX1 as 100 %

E. Cess on ED : COndition Type: JEX1as 100%

H.cess on ED: Condition Type: JHX1 as 100%

And then maintain other excise condition type

In the Tax pricing procedure setoff % are statistical conditions... Do we need to still maintain these in FV11... If yes I have to uncheck the "statistical condition" in pricing procedure...

As these feilds are not apperaing in FTXP

Don't change the Pricing procedure, it will be statistical conditions,

Just maintain FV11 for the above said condition types and try

Hi

First set the deletion indictor for already created condition record: JMOP.

And then create the condition record for JMX1.

in FV11, for entering 8%, what is the combination you have selected? Please clarify this to give u correct solution
