Reject PO release - Some text needed

Hi all,

I am working on PO reject release strategy. When he reject he need to enter some text why he is rejected . How do i go for this scenario. When user reject the PO, I am able to send email to Workflow initiator who created PO. Please help me .

After rejection..call this FM CATSXT_SIMPLE_TEXT_EDITOR

in ch_text you will get the text entered.

Call this FM in appropriate method.

Hi Swami,

user needs to enter TEXT in PO level not in WF. How to add method in workflow. please explain me the procedure.

This editors come as pop up in foreground.

Call this FM in the partcular method..where you the user is exactly rejecting the PO..

Might be in EDIT method.
