Inventory valuation Check-up service

hello all,

i run the query "IVI identification script 1.11.sql" and the result is this:

Warning: Null value is eliminated by an aggregate or other SET operation.

Database is candidate for the Inventory valuation Check-up service

my concerns are:

1. we are about to do a db upgrade from SBO2004A SP:00 PL:34 to SBO2007A SP:01 PL:05, Base on the result of the IVI identification script 1.11.sql (Please refer the the image above), is it advicesable that we will proceed our db upgrade or have it fixed before doing the db upgrade?

2. How much resolution time is needed for SAP to check the db problem?

3. If we send out our live db to SAP, is that SAP will fix the live db we sent? If so, is our operation need to shut down as we have to download the fixed db to use again after SAP fixed the problem? Or a SQL script will be provided to fix the db problem?

4. Will the warehouse transaction be recalculated and updated with a new value?

5. is Inventory valuation Check-up service is included in our AMC or we will have to pay to the partner separately to have this service?

Please help. Response is greatly appreciated.

best regards,

Fidel
