Report getting executed in different portal

Dear All,

We had created a new system with the copy of Quality,but when we execute a report in the new system(BT1) it is getting executed in quality portal,can u pls let me now should i have to maintainth path of the new portal in the backend.

can we change the path in SM30,will it work

Hi Sapta,

I am not sure. Changing the path is usually done through SM30 (table RSPOR_T_PORTAL).

You can go to URL prefix and make the change.But as I said in my earlier post I am not sure if the port will be changed, and even if you change dynamically i am not sure if it will map correctly.

In SM30 only the URL prefix is change but not the whole URL path in my opinion.

HI Sapta,

In my opinion you cannot change the path. Since you have made a copy of the quality it is going to refer to the same port i.e the port maintained for quality system. Even if you change the port number it will map to a different system and not BT1.
