Vl09 is used when we need 2 cancel goods issue 4 delivery note. My question is:

if the material has not been invoice,then only we can use vl09.Is it?

Hi,

Yes, If the Delivery document is Invoiced then you cant REVERSE the PGI using VL09

If you want to Reverse the PGI for Delivery document already invoiced, then you have to first Cancel the Billing Document in VF11 and then REVERSE using VL09
