BPM timeout

Hi All,

In our prod environment,We are getting csv file,which is around 60 MB,XI successfuly pick ed but it failed in BPM with Timeout Exception.

For this we implemented ,the below configuration settings ,But didnt succeed in processing the message.It failed in Queue with sysfail state with Timeout exception

<b>For the BPM time outs, check the parameters in the SXMB_ADM..

The settings can be done SXMB_ADM -> Integration Engine Config -> Change Specific Config -> Add a new entry

Check the Category SA_COMM, see the help for its parameters. By default the time out setting is 60 seconds and the maximum allowed is 1000 seconds. </b>

We increased SA_COMM to 1000 seconds.But still it didnt work.

Could any one provide inputs on this

Hi Sagar,

Even if you increase the time out parameter value if you are facing the same problem means Intergration Server too busy to process the message,its 60 mb file server facing some problems to process the message.

I dont think its advisable to process 60mb files at a time.
