Dear All,
We are in the process of upgrade from oracle 9i to 10g on itanium 64 bit windows OS.
As per latest guide we have completed till page 26/58 and now stuck up with oracle patch installation.
As per note 986578 - for itanium server we need to download oracle patch as per path in note 871735.
MS Windows Itanium (64-bit)
/Oracle/Oracle 10.2.0.4/Database RDBMS/MS Windows Itanium (64-bit)/
Patchset_10204_WINNT64aa.bin
Patchset_10204_WINNT64ab.bin
Patchset_10204_WINNT64ac.bin
Patchset_10204_WINNT64ad.bin
As these are BIN files and note 986578 page 12 point 2 of applying 10g latest patch says to refer readme to install it.
PLEASE GUIDE ME THE STEPS TO APPLY PATCH WITH THESE BIN FILES??
Help us ASAP
