Allow temporary access to a document without any permission

Dear experts,

I want to send an URL to some users contanining the link to a specific document (ex: a supplier invoice) in ByDesign.

I need the user could open a specific document and check it (read-only) but I don't want to assign any authorization about the related work center for that document type.

For example, the URL contains a link for supplier invoice no. 123. But I'm NOT giving authorization to "Supplier invoicing > Invoices and credit notes" to the user because I want to avoid he could see and open other invoices.

I understand this is not feaseble with standard. Could you suggest a custom way to achieve this?

hope you are doing well.

Indeed as you have mentioned this is currently not possible in BYD.

So yes you would need to check this with a development partner.
